Even allowing for, concrete pumps, sediment control barriers, N3 wind speed rating and 25 degree roof pitch all as standard.

Our builders have over 20 years experience in new home building and have a fixed price building contract, so you can sleep at night.

How long have you been in business?
Impact Homes was founded in 1993.

Are you a registered builder?
Yes. QBSA 712753. We are also HIA and QMBA members.

Do we get a guarantee?
Yes. All our work is guaranteed.

What build time can I expect?
Single storey - 120 working days, high set 140-160 working days.

How long does council approval take?
Generally council approval takes 10-15 working days, longer times may be required if there are special approvals required( such as zero allotment, noise attenuation etc)

What is a covenant and do I have one?
The developer of your land may impose a special set of rules for the building of your home, this helps estates maintain a common theme. Usually when you buy your land you will be given a copy of the covenant.
